We are looking for Web Developer - Hartford, UT. This is a 6+ Months Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.
Brief on how the client usually goes about the selection.
· They look for the following skills as part of the CV (marked as Key Indicator) as part of their selection process. If it is there, the candidate is selected for the technical screening
· The technical screening is broken into two parts:
- The first part is basically an overview of the skills and they have a set of questions which are usually repeated.
- The second interview is a more detailed one, where they have a panel of resources who interview.
JOB Description:
· Join current Client team to work on large, growing web development team in Business Insurance and Personal Lines to develop new web UI and apps, led by Accenture and customer
Skills Required:
· JavaScript (client / server based): (Key Indicator)
· JQuery : (Key Indicator)
· AJAX : ((Key Indicator)
· JSON ((Key Indicator)
· CSS (good to have)
· HTML (good to have)
· XML / XSLT (good to have)
· C# .NET: (Key Indicator)
· SQL: stored procedures
· OO Programming skills (not procedural)
· Solid Understanding and application of MVC design pattern (good to have)
· Experience with automated web UI testing and TDD
