Next Generation Automated U/W System (AUS) enables Freddie Mac to ensure that every loan we purchase meets our standards for credit, collateral, and data quality, prior to purchase. The program positions us to leverage current and evolving data validation services and ensure efficient, cost effective access to our credit models and eligibility rules at any point in the customer's process. The result is a reduction in repurchases for our customers and a reduction in credit losses for Freddie Mac.
Statement:
Provide project management, planning and analysis support for the specific Next Generation Automated Underwriting System (AUS) projects, as directed. Develop and maintain project plans; coordinate planning and review meetings; prepare discussion documents; perform research and
analysis; and develop business case materials.
Skill: Senior (7+ yrs)
- Project planning

- Issue tracking and resolution
- Presentation development
- Business requirements analysis and documentation
- Strong analysis and verbal communications skills
