3.5 experience desirable

Sql Server 2000/2005 must

Must be good with Sql Statements

Active Directory/LDAP coding experience - very good to have

SAP .net connector experience good to have

Strong AJAX experience.

Reporting Services experience - very good to have

.net integartion with Sharepointweb services good to have

Strong change Management/ release management process understanding

Very strong communication skills

Strong Design patterns and OO knwledge.

Experience with designing enterprise software applications.
