Position: Systems Analyst with strong experience in Healthcare (technical Position)

Location:  Philadelphia, PA

Duration is 3 months (first phase) – Long term (2^nd phase)

 

Required Skills:

 

1.      Extensive experience in requirements gathering - for the purposes of product selection (Experience in gathering non-core but critical requirements such as interfaces, Integration requirements and such)

2.      Knowledge of healthcare and ideally claims processing.

3.      Strong knowledge of business process modeling techniques and workflow systems.

4.      Expertise in information security management principles and policies

5.      Solid grasp of Health Plan Administration Systems (Facets, QNext, Javelina, LuminX, WLT etc.)

6.      Expertise in translating business needs into solution architecture. Understands technology options and has insight into various commercial platform solutions available to administer health benefits

7.      5+ years of analysis and design experience on complex projects with highly developed system architecture and software design skills, spanning multiple technologies.

8.      Proven solution or application architecture experience in large enterprise organizations.

9.      Knowledge of EDI and HIPAA transactions (270/271, 276/277, 837/835)
