Job Title          : BUSINESS ANALYST
Location          :  Nashville,TN
Duration         :  10 Months
Rate                  :  $36/Hr

 

Remedy is the key.  (Do not submit unless the person has 2 yrs of Remedy experience.)

 

Required Skills:
8 yrs IT experience
5 yrs Business Analysis experience
2 yrs Remedy experience.    
2 yrs experience in gathering business requirements for web based Service Requests, Change Management, Incident Management, Work

 

Order Management.   
1 yr experience in process mapping of business requirements in support of the Remedy Modules.
1 yr experience in implementing new applications and documenting processes for the user.         
2 yrs experience in documenting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements, workshop, business process

 

descriptions and workflow analysis          
2 yrs experience developing requirement specifications for non-technical audiences        
Excellent customer service skills are a must
Must have good communication skills 
Must hold a BA/BS degree (advanced degree a plus).
