Key Result Areas

• Exposure on implementation of CRM Solutions especially using MS Dynamics and Selentica.
• Exposure to other CRM solutions like Sales-force and Junxture.
• Exposure to implementation of CRM solution using MS Dynamics plus selentica.   
• Good Communication Skill / understanding customer requirements and its translation to the IT group.
• Personality and attitudinal traits you look for in the candidate
