Duration: 3 years
Rate: DOE

Quality Assurance (2 positions)
• Seven to Ten (7 to 10) years quality assurance experience with a
working knowledge of:
V3 Configuration and troubleshooting
Core application design and business rules
Quality Center/Test Director
QTP Script maintenance and trouble shooting
Key QA processes and procedures
Versioning software such as Subversion
Basic SQL and TOAD
Understand how to read an XML schema
Ability to review, manipulate and create XMLs (i.e. - XML spy)
Existing tools: Mercury/HP Testing Suite; Quality Center, Load Runner,
WinRunner, Quick Test Pro
• Understanding of:
Architecture Design
 Basic UNIX commands
Future tools: Rationale Tool Suite
Quality Assurance-Specific Tasks
Conduct defect impact analysis, testing and focused regression on
releases, patches and hot fixes
Create detailed test notes regarding defect testing and focused
regression executed for each defect
Identify required configuration to support defect testing and update
application accordingly if required
Cross check any indentified incidents against the baseline
application (current production release)
Build XMLs and parse for E-Filing testing
Cross check E-Filing XML outputs against schema
Coordinate remediation of internal defect following testing based on
remediation guidelines
Perform local and server smoke tests for every build of the
development/test cycle
Coordinate with V4 to ensure all V3 changes are synchronized
Coordinate with Support for defect release prioritization for each
release
Provide extended triage support for Production and Non-Production
incidents
Produce Functional release notes and how -to-test instructions for
every release
Track quality metrics during testing cycles
Coordinate with Development to provide LOE and risk recommendations
regarding court requests
Publish quality metrics to stake holders
 Maintain and update regression scripts for system integration
testing based on court process changes and insight
Execute regression scripts and cross check any identified incidents
against known issues for releases, patches and hot fixes
Build test scripts and data tables
Maintain test scripts based required due to process changes or
application changes
Support application staging validations and shakeout
Produce Functional release notes and how -to-test instructions for
every release
