Devise Test Strategy depending on project needs
Write and Execute Test Cases and Bug Reporting
Interact and adapt to the Client & Partner requirements
Provide leadership to the testing team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks
Manage changes to project scope
Communicate status to project management

Mandatory Skills:
Experience leading teams of silk automation and silkcentral reporting
Ability to understand business requirements
Functional & others forms of Manual Testing
Black box & White box Testing
Bug reporting & tracking tools
Test Strategy and Test Plan creation
Complete SDLC know-how & documentation
Testing on Projects based on Java Technologies
