We are looking for a .NET Developer on behalf of our direct client located in Merrimack, NH.

This is a 6+ month contract need and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Summary:

We are looking for an aggressive .NET Developer to participate in our effort in engineering, developing and supporting our Envision appliaction container framework to support the application development effort across all of our organization.

Envision is designed and implemented on Microsoft .NET platform leveraging WPF and prism technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of framework engineering and development, experience in design and implementing GUI components and wedgets targeted for deployment on .NET platforms, excellent skills in using technologies such as  WPF, prism, C#,  XML, VS, Soap, Web services, MEF and Clearcase.

 

 Responsibilities:

•Existing software support.

•Identify and implement improvements in existing processes.

•Effectively contribute to new and on-going development projects.

 

Qualifications

•Bachelor s Degree in software engineering or equivalent.

•6+ years of framework software development experience is required along with a focused/driven attitude toward the support and development of mission critical systems.

•Expert working knowledge of Microsoft .NET platform as well as strong design and development skills in GUI components and wedgets in WPF are required.

•Experience with a number of the following technologies: prism, silverlight, Ibatis, MEF, XML, Soap Web service and Clearcase.

•Some exposure to investing/banking technology sector.

•Strong technical knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills, and experience in all phases of application development are required.
