We (Surge Lab's (Pvt) Ltd. Sheikhupura) require the personals for the
following vacant situations.

1- Officer Research & Development (R&D)

Basic qualification: B-Pharm or M.Sc Chemistry
Experience: Fresh or 1 year

Job Descriptions: To conduct design and development of new products.
• Design and development including literature survey, selection of raw
materials, formulation development, raw materials arrangement, trial
conduction, comparative studies, costing and finalization of best
formulations.
• To maintain trial batch files of all new products.
• To ensure counter check, all calculations, parameters and
supervisions of all production steps and Quality Control analysis in
commercial batches.

2- Officer Production SBM (Semi Basic Manufacturing)

Basic qualification: B-Pharm
Experience: Fresh or 1 year

Job Descriptions:
• To ensure that all the manufacturing and packaging activities are
carried out as per written procedures with minimum wastages in SBM.
• To ensure that all the documents related to batch history record.
e.g. Batch Manufacturing Order (BMO), Batch Packaging Order (BPO),
Standard Manufacturing Procedure (SMP) etc.

3- Officer Quality Control

Basic qualification: B-Pharm or M.Sc/B.Sc Chemistry/Biology
Experience: Fresh or 1 year

Job Descriptions:
• To perform testing of Raw and packaging materials in Quality Control
department.
• To perform testing of In Process, Finish Goods and Microbiological tests.
