Direct Client Requirement

A fortune 500 company is looking for a Manufacturing Functional/Technical Consultant. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are paramount.  Some of the viable interpersonal skills needed are the ability to communicate effectively with C-Level Executives to translate business issues/wants and needs into IT oracle solutions, Ability to Map business requirements to functional solutions and balance multiple priorities.  We are looking for functional leaders who can listen effectively and be passive at times to implement ideas and give feedback.  

Location : NY

Duration : 6 + Months

 

Qualified candidates must have:

- Expert level skills / knowledge of Oracle 11i Discrete Mfg with strong experience in Cost Accounting
- Knowledge of Oracle Mfg and Supply Chain Applications; WIP, BOM, MRP/Planning
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations Oracle Mfg (Discrete)
- Thorough understanding of Oracle Costing and Mfg Cost Accounting
- Proficient skills and experience supporting Oracle Manufacturing implementations including system configuration, testing, production cut-over, user training, and production documentation
- Project leadership experience
- Strong communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Excellent customer facing skills; ability to support users of all levels

Preferred Skills

- Manufacturing and/or industry experience working in a lean manufacturing environment, production planning, and inventory control
