Create user procedures.
Develop and support standard metrics reports.
Manage users in Projects (create, modify, remove, password reset).
Setup and maintain standard and custom workflows.
Custom Programming of the Quality Center API, Objects, and Methods.
Design, develop, maintain, and support the integration of Quality Center projects and the automated test scripts being developed.
Perform script/function library change management: version control and maintenance of scripts/functions.
Provide support to Quality Center users to resolve issues.
Advise on the best way to manage Quality Center integrations with other software products.
