Need a strong PL/SQL developer for  writing, maintaining and testing Oracle PL/SQL scripts to load an analytical structure (i.e. 3NF) from source data tables. They should be senior enough to take a given task and work on it independently, fully documenting what they have done and how a particular function was coded and tested.  it would probably be good if the person can QA some of the work already done to smooth over the transition to the IT department.

 Need  excellent communication skills.
