The Job Description is as follows:
•       Need to have 7~10 years of business Analyst experience.
•       Expected to have strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
•       Knowledge of documenting business processes and requirements will be an added advantage.
•       System Analyst (SA) translates business requirements into application functional and technical requirements
•       SA identifies the application functionalities that may be introduced or impacted to satisfy business requirements
•       SA acts as the functional subject matter expert for the application
•       Media Business knowledge will be preferable
•       Candidate currently at onsite and/or must have long term USA VISA and ready to work long term from USA.

Within Functional Projects

•       Understands the application impact, determines the scope of work and provides bottom-up LOE.
•       Analyzes and reviews SAS, HLD and Change Requests documents to ensure they are correct and complete.
•       Participates in Skeleton Team Meetings and Activities
•       Assists the Business Analysts in refining the functional and non-functional requirements.
•       Provides application-specific guidance and guidelines to architects in determining the final design.
•       Collaborates with other SAs, BAs, PMs and the architects to ensure business needs are met across the system.
•       Collaborates with application development lead and developers to determine final application design.
•       Creates functional specification document
o       Translates business terminology into application-specific
