PeopleSoft HRMS, Java, .NET and Oracle
A minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical lead responsible for Solutions design and leading a team of programmers on medium/

large projects.
Experience analyzing business requirements and developing appropriate system architectures.
Ability to document existing and proposed architectures.
Should be a quick learner and be able to hit the ground running with minimum hand holding.

Project Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding and document the Solutions/Technical Architecture of existing HR systems. Use that knowledge to participate as a technical representative in the HR Systems Renewal (PeopleSoft upgrade) from 9.0 to 9.1
Analyze new business requirements and evaluate the impact of changes in process and information flows on existing systems in

Evaluate and recommend alternative system architectures, tools, techniques, and infrastructure for a successful implementation with

appropriate justification and trade offs in terms of feasibility, effort, and schedule.
Support and guide the project teams in developing implementation plans, design documents, and test plans in coordination with Quality, Security and Solution Engineering teams.
Review design documents for completeness, correctness and compliance with the defined architecture.
Assist PMO, Production support, and Infrastructure teams on technical issues during deployment and stabilization periods.
