Title: Senior .NET Application Programmer Developer

Duration: 8 Months 

Location: Boston, MA(Local Preferred or nearby place)

Developers will be involved in the architectural design, development, and maintenance of products for web-based customer solutions software in the financial field.  This is a responsible position which is focused on development and maintenance for products of significant size, scope, and complexity.  Thorough understanding of software development processes and procedures and experience in object oriented software architecture and design is necessary.  Background in the financial industry a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

            Working on the full-life cycle of software development

            Work on a team of 10+ developers to create customized software applications

            Summary of Technologies to be used:.NET 2.0, C#, .NET 4.0, SQL 2005, JavaScript, HTML

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

            3-5+ years of overall software development using .NET tools and technologies

            .NET 2.0 and .NET 4.0 development experience in a professional setting

            C# and ASP.NET

            SQL 2005

            Solid experience JavaScript and AJAX

            Must be a strong communicator and have good interpersonal skills

Technical Skills: Database; SQL Server; .NET; Java Script  

Non-Technical Skills

            Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

            Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical information and product concepts.

            A good understanding of formal software development practices and procedures.

            Clearly communicate with programmers and less-technical business partners, both verbally and in writing.

            Must be able to work independently and prioritize work effectively, as well as to function as an effective team member in a team development environment.

            Ability to organize, prioritize and work under time constraints
