Direct Client Opening C#, ASP.NET Developer
Duration: 4-6 mth
Location: Chicago, IL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Experienced in coding ASP.NET in C# and communication with SQL Database.
· Strong experience with Enterprise Design Pattern and 3 Layer Architecture Design such as Business Objects, Business Logic Layer and Data Access Layer (BO, BLL, DAL).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains 10 and 2010, eConnect 10 and 11, Sales Force API .
· Experienced in SharePoint 2010 Web Part, Page Layout, Master Page Customization and Style Customization will be big plus.
· Proficiency using jQuery as well as writing JavaScript
· Add and Modify Microsoft SQL Stored Procedure, Views, Triggers and Data Transfer between multiple databases and systems using above methods.
· Work closely with development team to rewrite an existing Web Applications using C# 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 as an External Facing SharePoint 2010 Web Site.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years product development experience.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in C# and .NET Framework
· Minimum 5 years exposure to ASP.NET
· At least 5 years of experience in writing SQL Queries, Triggers, Store procedures in SQL-Server.
· Experience in Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010 ASP.NET, XML/XSLT, Web Services, HTML/JavaScript, CSS and MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008 R2.
· Proven knowledge with the full software development life cycle producing web applications.
· Expert knowledge in relational databases, transactions and data replication.
· Experience with rule-based and workflow applications development
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work under strict deadlines.
