Title: Support Analyst

Description:

Seeking an Application Support Analyst who will oversee all P2P technology initiated changes and request for access to controlled environments assuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to audit/compliance procedures.  The role is responsible for in-list coordination, communications for both approvals as well as informing all appropriate parties of all migrations, and is the liaison for technical teams prior to all migrations to assure proper processing.  Responsible for final approval for all migrations to all controlled environments.  This analyst, in conjunction with a partner analyst, coordinates release activities and support for Minor and Major P2P implementations as well as BAU updates.

This position is additionally responsible for a share of daily, weekly and monthly support metrics related to migration activities.

Other responsibilities include backup support for the P2P Change Coordination Lead for such activities as coordinating and chairing the weekly GCCB and providing SME support of the P2P Migration Approval processes and P2P Migration tools utilized. The Application Support Analyst must possess high level of communication skills as they will be expected to interact with both business and technical resources.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assure accurate and current in-list requested changes to UAT/PROD controlled environments.
  • Primary for final migration approval by means of PPM (by email for
  • Manual migrations on an exception basis). This includes assurance audit procedures are adhered to as well as performing the package move to the controlled environments.
  • Facilitate P2P escalation scenarios as required.  This task is
  • Provided 24x7x365 on a rotational basis for after hour, weekend and holiday support as well.
  • Key participant in migration workflow changes as required.
  • Key participant in change ticket process changes as required.
  • Responsible for providing metric reporting related to migrations, releases, etc.
  • Backup Support for the P2P Change Coordination Lead.
  • Participate in audit related activities as requested.
  • Responsible for creating, reviewing and maintaining related documentation.
  • Provide backup coverage in Manager's absence.
  • Special Projects as required.
  • Participate in technology discussions and decisions
  • Adherence to security and compliance standards

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Ability to multitask between different projects
  • Software Development Life Cycle experience for enterprise software
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driving environment
  • BS or equivalent degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
