Title: Business Analyst with FACETS experience

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 6+ months

 

Please let me know if you have anyone in the Albany, NY or surrounding areas that fit the below positions.  They are both until at least the end of 2011 and both in the Albany, NY area.  Need candidates ASAP.

 

BA - 

• Prepares and delivers reports or functional specifications that address functional requirements, issues, alternatives and recommendations associated with the development of existing or new core business applications
• Meets with process owners, decision-makers and other key end users to define business objectives, process implications and application (system) requirements.
• Identifies process or application issues, assesses alternative solutions and facilitates resolution of project related issues/barriers
• Participates in design sessions aimed at prototyping new business applications in support of business objectives.
• Collaborates in the planning, design and deployment of new or enhanced core business applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance issues as they exist and change from time to time.

Other duties as assigned by manager

 

Required Skills:

·       Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst

·       Strong communication skills

·       Exceptional Customer Service Orientation

·       Working knowledge of Facets 4.51 or later releases

·       Working knowledge of the Enrollment / Product configuration subject areas

·       Working knowledge of the Claims configuration subject areas

·       Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Ability to multi-task in high pressure environment

·       Excellent communication skills.
