The Job Description is as follows:
1. Skill set required (with duration in months):
 5+ years software development experience on Unix with good understanding of Unix Operating System monitoring and administration
 5+ years software development experience with Enterprise Java applications
 Experience in testing enterprise Java applications for performance under load.
 Experience with commercial or open source load test software such as HP Loadrunner, Oracle Application Testing Suite, or JMeter.
 Experience with Application Servers (preferably WebLogic), J2EE, XML, scripting languages (such as perl, tcl, shell), and the Oracle Database.
 Experience and knowledge of porting and platform variances/ Processor Architecture (such as 32/64-bit differences).
 Experience with IBM JDK. Experience with Oracle JRockit or Hotspot is a plus.
