Position: Senior MAINFRAME TESTERS

4 Contract Positions

Start ASAP

 

Rate: ALAP

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ

Duration: 6-12 months.

 

Must have an experience in the following skills:

TEST MANAGER

 

·         Understand application portfolio, technology used and the vision of Medco in strengthening the QA practice

·         7-10 years testing experience

·         Onshore/Offshore experience

·         Mainframe, CICS, JCL

·         Project Planning & Control

·         Size & Effort Estimation

·         Test Strategy & Approach

·         Team Management

·         Test Case Reviews

·         Review test coverage and adequacy

·         Risk Identification & Mitigation

·         Coordinate with Medco and AppLabs support groups

·         Review of existing organizational processes and methodologies

·         Detailed reporting to Medco on project status

·         Define and track project metrics

·         Test Strategy

·         Work with team leads and review the project activities

·         Develop process establishment and improvement plans with the process consultants and Medco

·         Provide strategy and direction on implementing and standardizing the QA process to AppLabs and Medco

·         Track productivity across multiple projects, schedule and cost adherence.

·         Ability to allocate work, follow up with deliverables, present to senior management

Identify areas of improvement and prepare plans to implement the strategy
