Sr. SQA Engineer
Responsible for participating and leading efforts to ensure the
quality of products by testing and verifying functionality through
Intrado and industry accepted practices; test interfaces and document
test results identifying trends and escalating concerns as necessary;
recognize deficiencies and coordinate opportunities for
standardization between internal developed products. Minimum
qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
or university with major course work in computer science, quality
assurance, communication, business administration, or a related field
required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be
substituted for educational requirements. Minimum five years
experience in testing interfaces, quality assurance, or related field
required. Minimum one year lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of a variety of software's, mainframes, multi-tiered
environments (e.g., Unix shell scripting, mainframe, UNIX, Windows MS
Office Suite, open source tools, operating systems, data bases, etc.)
