Position: Project Manager Enterprise Content Management Program

Location :- Moorseville,NC 

Duration :- 3- 6 months 

Skills and Experience: 

• 3 – 5 years of project management experience. 

• Experience managing data/content migration project(s)

• Experience with WEB content publishing

• IBM WCM experience is desired

• Ability to interact with business partners to ensure that the project is meeting the customer's expectations

• Ability to independently navigate the organization and escalate issues as necessary

• Ability to manage multiple priorities within established timelines

Responsibilities: 

• Develop project plans to track activities/initiatives using MS Project & MS Project Server

• Manage resource allocations and financial budgeting

• Facilitate weekly staff meetings with the Web Content Management (WCM) team to monitor progress and manage project activities

• Manage the development of Business Requirements and Solution documents

• Manage and forecast resources to support the project

• Work with business teams to prioritize migration work

• Manage issues and risks related to the project

• Know when to seek advice and escalate issues to management 

• Provide weekly status progress reports to management 

Scope and Additional Information: 

• Excellent communications skills

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
