We currently have a 3 months+ opportunity for a Technical Architect with our client located in McLean, VA.

Statement:                

This position will assist in the specification, design, construction, testing and support of an automated provisioning solution and associated business processes for managing access to internal platforms and business applications.  Specific activities will include:
• Elicit requirements for customer implementation using meetings, workshops, document analysis, business process description, business process design, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis
• Develop technical solution specifications
• Design process flows
• Perform identity data modeling, analysis and cleanup
• Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of the operational solution
• Build resource and task adapters
• Implement workflow process definitions
• Onboard applications onto the provisioning solution
• Build custom reports
• Support end-user training and acceptance testing

Skills:                    

• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and processes
• Experience working with technical subject matter experts to convert their knowledge into clear concise requirements and technical specifications for IAM solution implementation
• Hands on integration and deployment experience with enterprise identity and access management solutions including Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g
• Experience designing custom reports using BI Publisher
• Experience deploying applications on WebLogic
• Database schema design and SQL query writing
• Knowledge of user, system, and security administration processes
• Knowledge of SOA / ESB / Web Services a plus
• Java development experience a plus
