7+ years experience working with SQL Server database. (Sr Consultant Manager level) Hands on with performance tuning experience Technical skills: SQL Server 2008 DBA T-SQL coding SQL Server performance monitoring and optimization (code, logical, physical); indexing and partitioning TFS + VSTS 2008 database project build Non-technical: Excellent communication Experience leading/coaching small distributed teams Self-motivation Strong problem solving skills
