Responsibilities include the following:

• Analysis of complex legacy applications

• Development and implementation of technical solutions for major modifications to legacy applications Gather and document business and system requirements

• Provide impact analysis on technical and business environments

• Develop and publish communications to stakeholders

• Develop, negotiate, communicate and meet major deadlines and deliverables

• Manage assigned tasks and timelines Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Required:

• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in corporate or government as business analyst

• Proven experience in programming techniques, programming languages

• Proven knowledge of principles and techniques of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation and documentation

• Proven experience with analysis and design

• Excellent communication skill (written, verbal, presentations)

• Excellent organization, analytical, planning and scheduling skills

• Ability to resolve highly complex problems

• Proven experience with financial processes analysis and modification.

• Experience with developing and presenting status reporting for multiple levels of management and external stakeholders (Executive, management, technical and business)

• Self-starter who can work with a large and diverse team of business, management and IT individuals

• Demonstrated experience working with large project teams and multiple vendors

• Experience identifying, documenting and presenting business process re-engineering in multiple organizations

• Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), COBOL,CICS, TSO, MVS JCL, ENDEVOR, CA Tools, SQL, DB2 and VSAM
