Job Description:

Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer responsible for Social Media Solutions. You will be the technical specialist for the Client implemented using Jive or other collaboration platforms. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Implement and integrate global collaboration solutions demonstrating industry best practices 

• Perform systems analysis and end-to-end technology solution designs for collaboration solutions programs

• Provide leadership and expertise to define solution architecture, technical tasks, dependencies, risks, and options

• Administer, optimize, and support operations for the integrated collaboration solution

• Enforce end to end Quality Assurance process delivering robust solutions

• Partner with client team to drive technical vision and roadmap

•Assess requirements and estimate time and resources to create solutions

Requirements:

• About + 7 years of experience in IT and at least 2 years in the Social Media/ Collaboration implementation.

• Strong experience with design and implementation of Collaboration solutions in a high volume environment - Jive or equivalent Social Collaboration implementation experience is a must. 

• Strong experience in maintaining external facing Jive solution in a very high volume environment. 

• Extensive experience in designing solution for scaling and high resiliency in an enterprise environment

• Strong J2EE design and programming skills

• Knowledge of web applications development methodologies with experience in delivering projects using Java, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, XHTML, XML, Web Services, SQL

• Extensive experience with applications design, integration, and deployment in an integrated global environment

• Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with offshore team and Client team.

• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams  

• Able to lead teams both offshore and onsite if needed.
