Job Title: Peoplesoft Functional Lead

Location: Davidson, NC

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills: •         Functional Resource with at least one end to end implementation experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.X
•         Experience in conducting Fit/Gap sessions, Conference Room Piloting(CRP's),Creation of functional Design Documents.
•         Experience in business Process testing, creation and execution of Test scenarios/cases.
•         Experience in Data Mapping and Data Conversion .
•         Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross cultural teams across Geographies.
•         Ability to lead and resolve conflicts.
•         Excellent business process knowledge in Core HR, Admin Workforce and NA Payroll*
•         Knowledge of Recruiting and Time and Labor will be an added advantage.
