We Need consultant for SQL DBA

Job Title    :            SQL DBA
Location    :            Irving, TX
Duration    :            6 + Months
Rate           :            $50/Hr

 

DAY TO DAY:
You will be responsible for the end of life migration for versions 2000-2008 moving the data from one to the others. Also you will be part of the team building out the new environment for Microsoft SQL 2012. You would be

 

successful in this role if you have done a migration from SQL 2005 to 2008.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
5-10 Years experience as a SQL DBA
Heavy focus on Microsoft SQL server
Hands on migration experience with versions 2000-2008
Experience standing up an implementation from the ground-up from a recent version of SQL
Microsoft clustering experience on Applications

 

PLUS:
Experience with Microsoft SQL server 2012
