Job Title: Business Analyst with BFS

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills: Must have 8+ Years of experience.

§  8-10 years of experience of business analysis in Banking and Financial Services sector (Experience in Risk Management Technology would be preferred and Operational Risk would be ideal)

§  Experience with at least a couple of full software development project lifecycles in BFS.

§  Ability to independently handle work. Ability to manage modules and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders / dependency teams

§  Good communication skills experience in eliciting requirements from SMEs with conflicting requirements.

§  Good documentation skills including writing meeting minutes, business requirements/ functional requirements, use cases and functional testing.

§  Must be able to multi-task and operate in tight timelines.

§  Experience of working in onsite/offshore model.

§  Strong data analysis skills using SQL (complex joins) and Excel
