Job Title: SAP Basis Lead

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

• Daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP ECC 6.0, BW 7.3, and Solution Manager environments

• Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components.

• Responding to and resolving infrastructure related incidents & problems

• Works with OS & DB Administrators for optimal SAP Performance

• Provide Support and Guidance to the other Project and Development teams during the build, test and productive operation of project implementation.

• Provides support for Disaster Recovery and DR test as required.

• Provide all aspects of technical support for SAP Basis Administration in a proactive and reactive mode to ensure that the systems perform within the terms of their respective service level agreements.

• Configure the SAP Netweaver environment for high availability

• Perform Early Watch analysis and apply recommendations.

• Participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and strategies for continuous improvement.

• Maintain multi-landscape environments through remote copies, system refreshes, and transport management monitoring.

• Provide daily support SAP ECC and BW End-Users with system and reporting problems.

• Perform Daily System Health Checks on all SAP systems and do general troubleshooting and diagnostics checks on technical aspects of the system.
