Role: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Stamford, CT (locals highly appreciated)

Desired Skills & Experience
Job Requirements
· At least 7 years of experience as hands-on business analyst
· Experience as a consultant is preferred but not required
· Expertise with documenting requirements, functional specifications, process mapping, process re-design
· Strong systems integration experience
· Experience with data analysis, data programs
· Expertise in relational data models, meta data a plus
· Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
· Demonstrated proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office suite of products
· Proficiency with Version 1 a plus
Personal Qualifications
· Practical and pragmatic
· Strong critical and analytical thinking
· Adaptable and flexible in approach, deliverables, and relationships
· Quality orientation
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Effective presentation skills
· Sound leadership, negotiation, critical thinking, project/time management skills
· Strong problem solving skills – Ability to work through ambiguity, balance tactical and strategic, and adapt to changing requirements.
· Enthusiasm, sense of humor
· Ability to work productively with remote teams
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
