Position: BPM Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: Long-term

 

Position Responsibilities

§         Design and code from concept to prototype in a web-based process and workflow automation solution

§         Interface with external and clinical teams to take a collective approach to prototype design and code

§         Communicate overall progress to team members in a consistent and transparent manner

 

Required Qualifications

§         Demonstrated experience in the areas of process discovery, modeling and optimization

§         Exp. with process requirements management and architecture as well as design and implementation (with a focus on web services and SOA)

§         Strong hands-on knowledge of business workflow modeling and optimization; BPM tools and suites

§         Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies

§         Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in a team that develops and prototypes an extensive end to end BPM solution

§         Project implementation experience that exploits business workflow automation

§         Demonstrated knowledge of industry-leading BPM (or BPM related) methodologies and/or frameworks (XPDL, BPMN, etc.)

§         Translate business process models in multiple formats (Swimlane, Event Driven Process Maps, Standard Notation etc.) into executable business processes

§         Knowledge of SOA product stack including ESB, a plus

§         Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
