Description:

Responsible for timelines, budget, team management, client interface and project reporting. Additional will be responsible for business analysis determining client requirement changes and specifications.  Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the stated deliverables thru the use of structured project management processes. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the customers. Coordinates communication with all areas that impacts scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. 

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Ø  7+ years of project management experience

Ø  Excellent experience with SDLC and application development lifecycles and methodologies.

Ø  Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with vendors.

Ø  Able to coordinate professionals facing conflicting priorities.

Ø  Experience and ability to handle multiple small to mid-size projects concurrently.

Ø  Experience in a Healthcare a must

Ø  PMP certified required.
