·         BI systems preferred (Microsoft BI or Cognos)+

·         ***Top 3 qualifications looking for in a candidate: Analytical (can ask the right questions to drive requirements gathering), communications, relationship builder (PLEASE demonstrate or give examples with interview notes/Candidate Summary w/resume)

·         *** **Day in the life/project information: Meeting with business and IT folks to understand business processes and develop requirements; writing requirements, technical specifications, testing documents; working closely with BI developers to clarify requirements questions**

·         --Measurable performance objectives expected: Data model, business requirements documented, functional requirements documents, test scripts
