Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Drive (hands-on) the design / architecture, development, documentation and testing of enterprise scale web applications. This requires solid experience in .Net 4.5, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular JS, Web API, JSON, WCF
· Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC), Solution Evaluation, Comparison, Estimation and Architecture Recommendation
· Provide architecture guidance and work on these activities in a hands-on capacity focusing on Architecture
· Must be extremely well versed with all phases of SDLC, Agile/SCRUM Methodology
· Ability to Self-Manage priorities and take ownership of deliverables
· Lead, persuade, and gain consensus from very diverse audiences
· Train and mentor others in cutting edge technologies
· Create detailed architecture and design documents/artifacts
· Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills (to executive level staff and to large groups).
Mandatory Skillset
· Extensive experience with MVC 2.0/3.0 (good to have 4.0)
· Strong expertise with .NET application design and development
· Extensive experience with .NET 3.5/4.0 framework
· Extensive experience with C# and ASP.NET 4.0
· Extensive Experience with WCF, Web Services, Web API, REST
· Extensive Experience with Angular JS, JQuery, JSON, JavaScript, HTML
· Extensive experience with N-Tier and MVC architecture
· Extensive design/architecture experience
· Extensive experience writing PL SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers
· Must be well versed with Software Design Patterns
· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think "out of the box" required
· Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required
· Work independently on complex tasks with minimal technical and management guidance
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
Nice to have Skill Set:
· May have experience authoring technical documents such as Use Cases, ERD, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Object Oriented Models.
· Understanding of software enterprise architectures, the application of technology and full life-cycle software application implementations.
· Good have experience in using with UML and MS Visio
