Skills:

·         Expertise with leading a WebSphere upgrade project (multiple versions)

·         Experience with Java and WebSphere version 8.x, Rational and Eclipse tools

·         Experience with integration of WebSphere, WebSphere Portal, Oracle, Siteminder and eDirectory

·         Related foundational Java technologies (eg: OO design, Java Frameworks (Struts, Spring,) SOA, etc).

·         Strong experience refactoring code and leading code reviews.

·         Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written).

·         Expertise in the design of N-tier web applications.
