no there is some type of virus which are not detect by only anti-virus, only anti-virus is poor security system u must install anti-spy software which protect ur computer form bugs and spywares
what is spyware
in simple it kind of software which is used for hacking purposes may be it is in ur computer but u not know it
some one monitor u and u don't know it , window defender is best for ur computer u can download it from trust website but do not download exe file some time exe file contain virus
