Job Description

13+ years to 20 Yrs experience working as a Software Designer/Architect

Participate in the gathering and clarification of requirements and use cases

Preparing the high level architecture for the solution

Designing systems that are highly available and scalable

Providing Detailed design and technical specifications

Detailed understanding of network and system management applications

In-depth understanding of application development on RHEL

Application agent development for RHEL/Windows/RTOS

Hands-on with C, CPP, Core JAVA, Middleware

Hands-on Scripting experience

Domain knowledge on Networking, telecommunication

Protocol design, development and testing expertise

Network security

Encryption technologies, key generation, management

Access Controls / User roles management

Familiar with database access

User Interface design

Evaluation and selection of technology / tools for the solution

Support a change control process throughout the product lifecycle

Identify and coordinate the resolution of emergent issues throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure that the system management solution works well with other portions of the overall system

Support the creation and refinement of project and product development methodologies

Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment (offshore-onsite model)
