Roles & Responsibilities :
· Software development in C and C++ of the applications for embedded network switching systems developed for PowerPC platforms running VxWorks operating system.
· Work with a team to support developed applications through a QA process.
· Be able to work on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina and be willing to travel domestically. If required, to support the isolation and debug of issues found in QA.
Technical/Functional Skills :
· Software development in C and C++ of the applications for embedded network switching systems developed for PowerPC platforms running VxWorks operating system.
· Development of datacomm network switching and routing (L2/L3) protocols
· Use software development tools to manage and track new development and changes to existing code.
· Use Wind River Workbench and hardware probes to develop, test and debug software applications.
· Be able to work with US based multiple end-customers
