Project Name: TrackWise Lead Configuration Engineer

Description of Assignment:
Participate in a large Q&R project and meet the defined project success criteria

Knowledge and Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in management and configuration of Trackwise platform Resource must be certified on the TrackWise platform (from Sparta Systems) for system configuration and development

*Experience, in a senior/lead role, on complex TrackWise implementations, involving significant TrackWise configuration. 

* Resource requires experience in working on software in a regulated environment (including, Quality System Software Validation experience). Specifically, experience with TrackWise in an FDA-regulated Medical Devices environment is preferred.

* Ability to manage multiple (sometimes competing) priorities and coordinate technical activities across resources is required
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.

Language Skills:
English Required – Includes strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibility:
Main Activities: 
Interface with business team to extract and record specification (including participation as technical lead in Requirements Workshops) 
Write (coordinate writing of) Functional Specification and Design Specification
Lead activities for, and participate in, execution of TrackWise configuration
Lead activities for, and participate in, Crystal Report development (as required)
Ensure documentation (change control, other) complies with Philips standards.

Additional activities: 
Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and project team at project status meetings (manage expectations for assignment milestones)
Provide implementation consultation and direction as required
Aid in the execution of Installation Qualification testing (Validation)
Conduct training to cover system usage, configuration, administration, and basic trouble-shooting techniques for Philips key-users and/or training personnel
Assist in post-implementation problem analysis and support as required
Work with Philips employees to ensure a smooth transition of configuration responsibilities (including transfer of knowledge and documentation) prior to end of engagement.
