Experience in technical recruiting:
 
* Speed of getting good resume is VERY important i.e Quick turn around time to find out good profiles.
* Speed and quality is important.
* Should be able to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
* Work with resource manager and source qualified resumes quickly.
 
 Job Description:
 
* Search for qualified candidates.
* Screening candidates based on detailed job descriptions.
* Submitting candidates to our clients in a timely manner
* Assisting in checking employment references.
* Scheduling interviews with clients.
* Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
* Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates.
* Managing the offer process
* Ensuring appropriate paperwork for PO*s/Placements.
* Building a database of candidates and maintains monthly contact with candidates.
* Internet recruiting and sourcing skills
* Experience in cold calling and networking
* Ability to develop initial contacts by phone
* Ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Prior sales experience is a huge plus
