Job Title : Sr. Business Analyst
Location : South field, Mi
Duration : 2 months contract

Job Description:
This position plans and performs analysis of major company activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of an existing system. This position will involve working with multiple functional business areas and senior level management. This position will also be responsible for leading initiatives focused on continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or management information systems with at least five to eight years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development and data modeling.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Advanced knowledge of importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flowcharts.
Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
Knowledge of standards such as Windows operating system.
Ability to think proactively and clearly communicate potential next steps towards solutions.
Ability to be flexible in priorities and day-to-day work activities.
Experience with using multiple technology solutions to deliver business value
Familiarity with business improvement methodologies and tools and experience in at least one significant process improvement initiative.
Proven problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
Ability to be decisive and take into account consequences of decisions.
Demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude and a drive to always continually improve on current processes and practices.
