Hi,

 

Client is looking for Teradata DBA in Hartford, CT.  This is a 6 months contract. In-person maybe required.

 

Required Skills:

 

7+ years experience on Teradata admin activities:

- Strong Teradata DBA skills (Preferably Teradata 12.0)
- SQL Optimization and Performance tuning
- Table creation/maintenance
- Knowledge of Teradata Utilities
- Performance Monitoring
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Expertise in Workload management
- Exposure to Unix.
- Background of Data warehouse.
- Background of ETL (Abinitio/Datastage etc)
