Technical/Functional Skills	·        Need Microsoft project planner skills ·        Good knowledge of MS Office
Roles & Responsibilities	·        Serve as the Coordinator in the following areas: o         Risks / Issues / Change Requests / Requirement Change Notifications / Dependencies o         Lessons Learned o        QC Formal Reviews o         Transition ·        Serve as the back up to PM when necessary ·         Assist PM to ensure the project is meeting the EA Program and Drop requirements ·         Assist PM in the completion of Phase Deliverables ·         Assist PM in assessing the project's readiness for upcoming QA Reviews ·         Create/coordinate SDM key deliverables ·         Assist other team coordinators as needed (i.e. testing, business
General Managerial Skills	·        Excellent Communication skills (written & oral) ·        Good analytical ability ·        Ability to work in multi cultural team ·        Good Inter personal skills
Education	Bachelor Degree / Masters
