Relevant Experience (Yrs)	4-6 Years of IT
Technical/Functional Skills	·        Strong Knowledge & experience in Test Automation tools, with specific focus on IBM Rational Functional Tester, Selenium ·        Experience of working in agile project environments ·        Good understanding of different automation frameworks ·        Experience of developing / working in Automation frameworks ·        Prior experience of working as a Developer (with programming knowledge, database knowledge) is an advantage ·        Defining business case for automation ·        Experience in regression profiling and automated regression suite construction ·        Experience in performing POC using new tools ·        P&C Insurance domain knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities	·        Analyze and prioritize automation requirements ·        Define / Review automation scripts ·        Define / refine automation framework ·        Identify test data ·        Define business case for automation / monitor ROI
General Managerial Skills	·        Excellent Communication skills (written & oral) ·        Good analytical ability ·        Ability to work in multi cultural team ·        Good Inter personal skills
Education	Bachelor Degree / Masters
Work Location	Bloomington, IL, salary $65-72K
