1.    Should have 5 + hyrs of exp in SAP CRM and atleast 1 project in CRM

implementation side

2.    Should have strong exp in CRM ABAP, Middleware and WEB UI

3.    Preferable to have exp in Java as well

4.    Good understanding of support process

5.    Good communication skills
