Job Description          

Must be able to create a build from scratch. Experience with compilation processing

Strong scripting experience in UNIX (ANT is a plus)

Strong Unix

Websphere Portal Knowledge

Must have automation tools like: Cruise Control, Build forge, Ant hill pro or open make

Basically, they need to be able to take a new Websphere Portal application and create a build from scratch.

Do scripting and use automation tools to build it.
