Salesforce.com Administrator

Location: Pennington, NJ

Length: 6 months 

Rate: $50.00 /hr – All inclusive

 

Overview:

Looking for a salesforce.com Admin who will be responsible for End user support of Salesforce system, custom applications, and integrations.

 

Job Requirements

1.      Must have 2+ yrs of Salesforce configuration and functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades (currently scheduled 2-3 times a year)

a.      Develops ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, performs analysis on data as required

b.      Performs mass data imports using the API or import tools as requested by Salesforce Area Admins or others

c.       Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures

d.      Maintains the Salesforce mailbox by promptly responding to user questions and requests for administrative support or forwarding on to an Salesforce Area Admin as appropriate

e.       Performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required

2.      Provides basic end-user training

3.      Experience in the financial services or similar industry is desired - Brokerage and/or Insurance –including applications such as:

·         Thomson One Wealth Management

·         Microsoft Office 2007

·         Apex explorer / Data loader

4.      Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

5.      Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator.

6.      Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
