·          Must have EXCELLENT communication skills (10 out of 10)

·          Demonstrated ability to create Functional Specs and Impact Matrix

·          Exp creating Uses Cases and workflows

·          Evaluate business requirements as to impact to applications

·          Manage change requests

·          Coordinate with QA team to review test cases and defects

·          BSA must have strong facilitation skills, able to represent Block in team meetings
